Car Seat Buggy 2 in 1 - Combos That Are Easy to Use

2 in 1 pushchairs can be difficult to remove or attach from the base. The Doona Combo, for example requires a two-step attachment process and straps that slide over the infant carrier's bottom portion. It is tempting to skip these steps, however this could result in dangerous results.
Certain models are also more difficult to fold and store than others, making them less practical. Graco FastAction 3 in 1 Car Seat Stroller is difficult to fold due its huge dimensions and bulky frames. This model also has a tiny canopy, which some users are disappointed with. The Britax Parkway Combo Click and Go is simple to fold, with only one button and a pull of the lever. Easy to Fold

The most effective combinations we've tested fold easily with one hand and are sturdy enough to withstand long walks. They are also easy to maneuver and glide smoothly over uneven surfaces. Some combos are connected and removed using straps. This could seem like a step in the back and make it more difficult for parents to secure their car seat properly.

Both have a single front wheel which is easy to push (one-handed!). They also have a movable swivel wheel, perfect for shopping or running errands. The only drawback is that they're very heavy, so it's difficult to lift them up when carrying a child in a car seat.
Easy to Assemble
Some car seat and stroller combinations can be difficult to assemble. The UPPAbaby Cruz v2 Combo is one of the most simple travel systems to put together. It even comes with a helpful guide. Other models, such as the UPPAbaby Minu and UPPAbaby Vista v2, Thule urban Glide 2 and Baby Trend Snap-N-Go EX Universal were also relatively easy to assemble. However, the BOB Revolution Flex 3.0 Combo is difficult to put together as it requires two steps - connecting the lower anchors and using straps that are placed over the bottom portion of the carrier. It's heavy, so it takes two people to click the carrier in the base, and then remove it.
In our tests, it took just 5 minutes to put together the UPPAbaby Cruz. It's a fairly easy procedure when you consider the time saved by not having to take out all the pieces. Most of these models have an easy process for attaching and detaching the toddler's seat, as well.
